anyway the hint given is "capitalism" with open and close inverted commas so it should appear obvious tt we'r not to uds it by its original meaning. what u shld extract out of it is "capital". the little no-link extract contains only 6 capital letters throughout which forms the word FAN FAN in order of appearance.
ok perhaps the extract is rather misleading so no one bother to solve this mystery via the hint i suppose. i promise to come out with more obvious clues in future!
